Architecture Design Team Leader

Job Summary: 
Lead the architecture design team to deliver residential, mixed-use and commercial projects from concept to construction documentation. Combine design leadership, BIM coordination, stakeholder management and delivery focus to meet business, regulatory and budget objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce and review high-quality drawings, models and specifications; ensure company standards and constructability.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team
• Manage BIM workflows, clash detection and model handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, cost planning, construction) and external consultants (structure, MEP, landscape).
• Drive design innovation, sustainability and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor schedules, resources and project risks.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in construction • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and visualization tools; strong BIM experience.

Senior Development Engineer

Job Summary:
The Senior Development Engineer is responsible for supporting the development team in the planning and technical evaluation of projects. The role involves coordinating design activities, reviewing engineering documents, and ensuring the technical feasibility of development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review concept designs and ensure alignment with project development goals.
• Coordinate with design consultants and engineering teams.
• Evaluate technical proposals and design solutions.
• Support feasibility studies and project planning activities.
• Monitor design progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during design and development phases.
• Participate in value engineering and cost control initiatives.

Senior Mechanical Site Engineer

Job Summary:
The Mechanical Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing mechanical works on site ensuring that all installations are completed according to project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, etc.).
• Ensure that all work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, architecture) to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project manager.
• Ensure materials delivered to site meet project specifications. • Resolve technical issues that arise during installation.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical site works.
• Experience in construction or real estate projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

 

MEP Design Engineer

Job Summary:
The MEP Design Engineer is responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for various construction projects. The role ensures that all MEP designs meet project requirements, technical standards, and regulatory codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review MEP design drawings and calculations.
• Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform load calculations and system sizing.
• Prepare technical specifications and design reports.
• Participate in design review meetings with consultants and project teams.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals.
• Support project teams during construction with technical clarifications.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in MEP design.

 

Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Job Summary:
The Mechanical Technical Office Engineer is responsible for preparing technical documentation, reviewing drawings, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring that all mechanical works comply with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare shop drawings for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
• Review and coordinate mechanical drawings with other disciplines.
• Prepare material submittals and follow up on approvals.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation.
• Prepare and track technical documents and project reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Assist in preparing project schedules and technical documentation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in a technical office role.
