Waterway Marks Its First International Expansion with Julyana, Benghazi
In 2026, Waterway entered a strategic investment partnership with Libya’s Enmaa Company to develop the Julyana district in Benghazi into a premier, integrated tourism destination. Set on a peninsula at the heart of Libya’s second-largest city, Julyana will become the city’s tourism center, framed by the Mediterranean Sea to the north. The masterplan brings together towers, integrated tourism zones, a revived Julyana Lake, a golf course, and expansive green spaces, marking Waterway’s first step beyond Egypt’s borders and the natural next chapter in its journey of excellence.
