Set on a peninsula at the heart of Benghazi, Libya’s second-largest city, Julyana serves as the city’s tourism center and home to its port, framed to the north by the Mediterranean Sea.
The masterplan brings together towers, facilities, and fully integrated tourism zones, alongside the rehabilitation of Julyana Lake, a golf course, and expansive green spaces.
The project stands as a natural extension of Waterway’s journey of excellence in the Egyptian real estate market.
